General Terms and Conditions

Accommodation contracts are generally subject to the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 (AGBH 2006), unless otherwise agreed below.

Cancellation Policy

The right of withdrawal under § 18 (1) item 10 FAGG does not apply.

You can cancel free of charge up to 90 days before arrival. From 90 days up to 30 days before arrival, we charge 40% of the total price as a cancellation fee. If you cancel 30 days or less before arrival, we charge 100% of the total price.

These cancellation terms apply in deviation from the cancellation terms of the AGBH 2006.

Payment Terms

A deposit of 40% of the total price is due 10 days after booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
